DESCRIPTION: 10c black, perf 11-3/4. Fourth Series. An outstanding mint block of ten (2 x 5) IMPERFORATE VERTICALLY between, also IMPERFORATE HORIZONTALLY (unlisted) as well as displaying a striking DOUBLE PRINT error with two distinctive impressions, horizontal crease along bottom frame line of second row, a few gum wrinkles, couple tone spots, top pair LH, otherwise NEVER HINGED. Certainly among the most dramatic items of British Columbia Law Stamps and especially desirable with combination of printing and perforation errors. (Double print and imperforate vertically both unpriced mint; unlisted with both errors combined).
