DESCRIPTION:2c green, impressive top margin block of 20 from the upper left pane of the re-engraved plate 214, showing the full imprint. Block has obviously been soaked at some point as there is no gum. Also slightly separated (and reinforced by hinges) at the centre. Despite the faults a very eye catching item written up nicely on an album page.
