DESCRIPTION: Newfoundland Supreme Court document sent from Newfoundland to BC (Comox). Document dated Ap 3, 1899. NFR3 (25c blue) tied by the extremely rare 'SNOWFLAKE' perfin, and both stamps also pen cancelled 'D.F.K, COMOX, BC'. Walsh states only one copy is known on document with the snowflake, this would be the second. Surely unique.
