DESCRIPTION: 6c yellow brown, used on piece. Precanceller used as roller cancel. Used before the plan to precancel the entire sheet before use was implemented. Very rare, and only the first we have seen in over 40 years.

*This also shows that, contrary to many collectors' opinions, bar precancels can be found on a diagonal rather than always perpendicular to the stamp and still be authentic*
