DESCRIPTION: 1950 25c Black on white unwatermarked paper, perf 12½ "Bills of Sale Act." imprint vertical pair with natural straight edge at top, customary staple holes on upper stamp only, lower stamp shows a large portion of the papermaker's watermark "WEST BON... / CANADA" letters. Each with Motor Record Office, Victoria, B.C. NOV 7 1951 date stamp in black, certainly a one-of-a-kind pair.
