DESCRIPTION: $1 red "IN PRIZE" overprints on 1897 issue. Control numbers 037964 & 037965. Showing traces of red ink (in line) on both stamps that could possibly have been a weak "IN PRIZE" first/second strike. This would make the stamps FSC30b rather than FSC30. A very rare multiple regardless. * right stamp with 2 vertical creases
