DESCRIPTION: 1905-12 FOURTH SERIES,BCL16 (10c black), 3 stamps with top stamp bisected and tied to document (via punch cancels) to generate the required 25c rate on the 1912 (SP 4) Promissory Note. The note details a loan in the amount of $50 for a "1912 Flanders 20" automobile, "20hp motor #20211". A neat historical item. Nicely laid out on custom cardstock album page.
